Replacement Policy (Applicable Only in Special Cases):

Replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Damaged / Broken product upon delivery

  • Incorrect product received

  • Missing items in the package

Important Conditions:

  • Claims for damage, incorrect product, or missing items must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory — Please record a clear video while opening your package. The video must be uncut and start from the sealed package.

  • We are sorry but any claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • The product must be in its original packaging along with any free gifts or samples included in the order.

  2. Share your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and the unboxing video.

  3. Our team will verify the claim and contact you within 3-4 business days regarding the resolution.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • All perfume products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns/exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as personal dislike of fragrance, change of mind, or allergies.
